What has happened to the proxy alignment can-bus function on fiat its missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is getting crazy now one of the most basic functions is not there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

even elm327 with freeware can do this.

just like support is missing today i had to let the car go,..... it is not acceptable the delays in replying to problems a simple we cant help you at this time is more acceptable than just ignoring us this is NOT support forum because you are never here.

If you bought your tool from your local dealer, try to contact him in order to help you.

Is that we do in our country and that's the reason that we suggest to buy from a local dealer.

It could be a little bit more expensive but you get a support

hi Pedro, mine is genuine UK item support here is just as useless as it is on this forum, they didnt even know ford had been downgraded so what chance with this problem.

snapon tool is shit at times but at least they try to resolve problems not just ignore customers i do not understand why they don't reply if their busy fair enough but get MORE staff to cope.

dreadful customer support.
